AP courses follow the College Board Course and Exam Description; IB courses follow the current IB subject guide at both Standard and Higher Level. The courses on the site right now are listed on the AP and IB pages, and new subjects are added as our teachers join.
Yes. A free account (Silver) opens the course overviews, the free lessons in every course, the community Q&A and the free resources. Gold and Platinum passes open the full lesson notes, practice papers, video lessons and master classes for one curriculum; the All Pass covers AP and IB together.
Gold is everything you need to study each topic properly: full notes, video lessons, worksheets and practice papers with instant marking. Platinum adds the master classes, exam-level practice sets with worked solutions, past-paper walkthroughs and priority answers in the Q&A.
No. Passes are one-off payments for a fixed period — no auto-renewal, no lock-in. When a pass ends your account simply goes back to Silver, and you can buy another pass whenever you like. Renewing the same pass adds the new period on to the end of the current one.
Every tutor releases the times they are free on the tutoring page. Pick a tutor and a time, pay by card (or use a lesson credit from a pack), and the lesson is booked. Before it starts your tutor adds a video-call link, which appears on your account page and in your confirmation email. Lessons are built around what you ask for: a topic, a past paper, your IA or lab report.
Send a tutor request from the tutoring page with the subject and the times that work for you. A tutor will get back to you by email, and any time they release for you appears on the tutoring page ready to book.
Yes. The IA and Extended Essay support courses take you from choosing a research question through method, data analysis, evaluation and the write-up, criterion by criterion, and each one includes 1-to-1 sessions with your tutor. They are bought on their own — no membership needed.
Prices are shown in the currency you choose at the top of the pricing page, and your card is charged in that currency. We accept cards through Stripe, and PayPal for most currencies.
Ask it in the community Q&A — every registered student can post, and our teachers answer. Platinum members get priority answers. In a 1-to-1 lesson you can of course ask your tutor anything.
We would like to hear from you. Open positions are listed on the Jobs page; you can also apply to teach directly from your account page. Teachers build their own courses, reach AP and IB students worldwide, and earn a share of every sale and lesson.
